Test specimen self-heating control software "WaveMatrix"
Supports testing using a constant temperature bath! Reduces energy consumption by minimizing test time.
"WaveMatrix" utilizes self-heating control software for test specimens to optimize test frequency, thereby improving the productivity and consistency of tests related to composite materials and polymer materials. It is possible to reduce test time while achieving unprecedented accuracy in test temperature. This patented system achieves and maintains the specified test temperature by changing the test frequency according to the measurement temperature of the test specimen. In structural composite materials, the impact of a 5°C temperature change is greater than a change in frequency by a factor of two, making the benefits of strict test temperature control significantly higher than moderate frequency fluctuations. [Features] - User-defined temperature range (controllable up to ±0.5°C) - User-defined frequency range - Thermocouple data input via USB is possible - Analog input of 0-10V for thermocouple data, including infrared thermometer data, is possible - Thermocouples can be installed according to the shape of the test specimen *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
